Upload the portrait photographic file to be printed over the outermost petals of a partially bloomed white/off white rose.

Portrait image recommendations:
• Picture with a contrasting background and contours work better than the one that blend with the subject's contours.
• Close up and frontal photographs work better than profile or distant portraits. However, a couple's picture in profile may work for a wedding, prom or anniversary piece.
• We recommend joyful pictures of the subject/s smiling.
• A .JPEG or .GIF file formats are accepted.
• Image must be at least 150 dpi in resolution.
• Avoid up-scaling a low resolution photo as that will generate an unprofessional and pixellated image on the rose.

Please allow 3 business days for processing between order received and delivery. Once the order is received, we shall send you a digital proof of your portrait rose. We shall await your approval for the next 12 hours. Although we will try our best to accommodate as much time for you to review the proof, however, if we do not receive your feedback within 12 hours after we have sent the proof, we shall continue with the printing process on the real rose. Please note that all our orders are shipped via FedEx Overnight. So, rest assured once the freshest stock of flowers are printed, they are shipped without any further delay.
